Worst work culture.. They don’t care about your life. Lot of internal politics. Strict timing as ASMs and above are also need to punch their attendance at distributor point. Every Data has to be prepared by ASMs only. No HR in company. No data come from company. All days get wasted in these works only. Never work here

Not a employee oriented company. You will not get freedom of work nor your decision will be considered. Top management is no where. Specially maintenance department is like horse without rider. Worst department and specially department head. No technical discussion will be held. High level of politics. No promotion only you have to work and work thats it. Leg pulling back bitching, gossip town.

Management system very poor , Managers have very rude behaviour with his subordinates and work culture very bad only things are impose very forcefully.

Everything from starting they don't give offer letter at the time of joining & Don't give relieving letter after resignation don't do full & final settlement also on timely after the employee serves full notice period no benefits to employee , no job security I just recommend to everyone that do not join this hotel at all every review is fake mostly good review had been posted from hr. department or higher manager department who are working in the hotel

No job security specially at the time of covid, lay offs without any notification and no compensation - HR is just for name sake- does not answer calls, emails. No offer letter or appointment letter is given. No scope of improvement.
