I like all the staff by cooperation and team work. Training are given three months as on job training. Job security are good. I got lots of excellence learning and encouragement. Salaries are given in time and good. Although travel are not provided the company has given an accommodation near by where we can stay as our own home. The work experience and an environment of the places are nice and comfortable.

Dislikes

misunderstanding of senior in my department but work pressure is quite ok.

A good place to work, the management was quite cooperative and helpful. A free hand was given to the executives to run the hotel, as the same is obvious from the fact that the Hotel, was graded as Four Star by the ministry of Tourism ( Central Government ) within three years of it's raising. A feeling of oneness was inculcated among the staff, which resulted in learning and proper utilization of the assets with minimum wastage. Standard Operating Procedures were the key word which were formulated and the system ran on the same.
