Some of the bullying, arrogant Managers and low rank staff who hold the hotel and department as their own where you have to either obey and abide by them and rules they set ( diff from person to person)irrespective of them being totally, highly wrong in handling any of the responsibilities/duties or resign. Some of the Highly unprofessional staff. Job designation and the person hired poles opposite to each other. A never ending ragging of the new employees by some of the staff which takes the form of Mental and sometimes Physical torture directly/indirectly. Is the live example..... Toxic work environment because of such staff making one of the best workplace completely unhealthy and a difficult place to work in.
