Hi, The managing director Mr. P. Kumar of the hotel is good person but he doesn't sit there that's why he believe on their caretaker who lives there. Caretaker is totally rude person, he doesn't know what is hospitality. He behaves with staff as a well with guest very rudely.

Yeah because owners given taking care of associate. And services good food all time Environment and culture very nice.

Dislikes

Overall is good but sometimes given break ship just thise is dislike work. Because of I'm late goes to my home.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
