Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This company is a group and working with hardeo group was a great experience for me I love the fact that I am part of a team that working all over India with high quality product and services. I got the opportunity to work in the HR department and working atmosphere is very good.

There is an issue regarding salary and appraisal here the increment process is so lengthy and late

To work in Hotel Hardeo ,is very good experience for getting good opportunities in the other industry.Team spirit is excellently managed for sober behaviour with the guest .

Dislikes

Round the clock managing the security department is challenging, but some times surprisingly the complete scenario changes due to mismanage way of communication .
