Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

product has it s quality rates are compatible to market, give full freedom to work according to you, no pressure from company as it is there in normally in marketing devision spcially to sales teams, no politics as it is there normally on work places

Dislikes

supply is week , no proper planning sales teams expenses dose't clear on time specially which are not sitting in head office, job has no guaranty they can kick you out any day at any time to save your job is difficult even if you are giving good business salary discuss with them is not surety that it will be given to you that only it can surely going to decrease by 50% simply any time
