... I know about this,I resign from my job, the fraud company accept my resign and said they will pay my last month salary, but they didn't answer my calls after that, Hr ujjwal is very shameless person in this company.

They did not pay my 2 month salary. Fraud company doing 420 with employees ITL1039 Manoj Raghav what we have to do They guys doing frauds with their clients, once they sell the software and then not answering their calls, I am also worked with this company and once I know about this,I resign from my job, the fraud company accept my resign and said they will pay my last month salary, but they didn't answer my calls after that, Hr ujjwal is very shameless person in this company. No appreciation, No learning. You will never get you salary on time. Sometime you will get half salary after 2-3 months. Your whole salary will be always with company account and on your offer letter which you will get in hand if your luck is good. I am searching for new job because this company is not able to pay salary to its employees. HR and Senior management are cruel they are not listening employees problem and asking to work like donkey. There are many bad things to share..

...nue my job even they didn't informed us that our is dependent on the mock call..whole things are strategy cause the salary day was coming it's 1 june.

Please don't join they kicked you out any time and according to my thought they kicked us out cause they didn't get the process AT&T and Direct TV.

Management is very bad.. Not given my salary for the last month not cleared the full and final settlement, they are totally running a scam. HR name Ujjwal Singh and Mohit Yadav are totally lier giving wrong commitments and not giving salary to staffs. Team leader is also not supportive. Found like they all are involved. Suggest to never join this scam company just read all the reviews.

...rall development. 3. Onto the paycheck side, I have grown 4x in the last 3 yrs.. So I believe, if one is contributing to the overall mission, compensation would not be a challenge.. 4. You can directly connect with the Senior Management/Directors and discuss if you are facing any challenges at work.. They are welcoming and always there to assist.. 5. Every Friday, there is company-wide employee activity where all of us socialize.. So I many pupils personally as well.. That makes work more fun and easier for me. 6. Most importantly, a big plus plus for me is that there is no work politics.

Dislikes

Things that I dislike are: 1. There are instances where I have to be at work late nights.. But atleast it not very often since I don't let things to get in my backlog.. Plus we have alternate saturdays working.. 2. There is no pension plan as most private corporate.. So plan accordingly.. Plus no transportation for daytime shift.. Other than that I don't see any challenge.. Things generally get sorted on discussions with the management
