...p service for the employees. Rules and regulations are very good and not strict. They give salary on time. They organise award function every for give the aprecial to the staff.

Dislikes

There are some littles things need to be change. We can make more decorative area of the front office because of the customers satisfaction. And the customers have 2 3 options in welcome drink.

The company is good, the directors are very cooperative.

Dislikes

The most dislike parts are immediate HOD is very much unprofessional, self motivation is lacking, need to work on training employee which is lacking and Production HOD is very much unprofessional. The director of the company need to focus on employee satisfaction and HOD are buyers they dont apprise employee by their performance.
