Pethetic paying structure, first thing is there salary is not as per industry standards, they take lot of work by paying less. They have several rules for deduction, but not a single rule for appraisals. My boss used to sleep in the office table, never penctual, cannot meet the deadlines, he starts working when office used to close and expects his team to sit a work. Every body dose the backbiting, specially the seniors, they used to talk all rubbish about the owner in front of the employees. They are even worse after leaving the company, they will not release your dues properly, so be ready for court cases. The timings was again worst, you have to punch for by 10 otherwise half day deduction. But leaving office there is no time, the bosses make you sit long hours. Your mobiles will be on tracking. Moral of the story is they don't need skilled employees, rather they are more interested in bonded labourer's. So you decide what you are?

Hospimedica has a very supportive management, that greatly contribute to the overall growth and development of its employees, which I too have personally valued. Even in these unprecedented times, the company is standing with its employees, paying up salaries, to support households of many.

Career growth is slightly slow, but stable.
