There is nothing to like, Very embracing experience it was, There is no job guarantee, this company is only dependent upon the clients they have.

Dislikes

...ou will be permanent to vodafone after 6 months in which they've failed. Its ok. but after 8 months I got email from vodafone that my last working day is 21st April 2023 (Which I should get from the Payroll company that is Horizontal). Horizontal said that consider the notice from the client only and they have paid for working 21 days not for the notice period. They have wasted my 8 months and did not pay equal even.

Learn to do what u say while hiring. When a company says they keep every employee in a same manner and gives equal opportunity , and when u don't actually implement it , is where u start losing ur people
