Horizon is the way to upgrade or build up your skill to novice person. A path will direct you from an introvert to an extrovert. If you are having communication trouble with "anyone" I would suggest horizon rather then go to consultant.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Neither I'm good for marketing nor for business at this age, plus I don't have guts for backstabbing or politics which has a very large margin in horizon. Nevertheless, you have business mind and want to help children and elderly people this is perfect for you. It's hard to maintain yourself in this company's environment. A lot of politics.
