The senior developer there is so afraid of losing his job that he didn't help me in a single thing and I was for development and they just give work related to other things, at the end they gave me review that I wasn't able to perform instead they were not having enough time to help.e for the job description I came for, if someone coming for the developer role be aware of the senior developer he will just show you his attitude and when you will be about to leave the company as you not see the future he will just spend time with you giving some "Gyan", lala culture, if you know the politics this company is for you, otherwise they will just eat you up making you feel you are good for nothing. I left the company because the manager was unclear what role he wants to give me

I feel comfortable in all the ways. Feels like being in our family. Employees work culture and supporting each other understandings and sharing the calls will come automatically here like tat way only company will grow the employees side by giving trainings and developments. Yearly once family day functions will happen tat day will give happy to your family also and will be a memorable day. Job security and more good hearted people are there in the company. Horiba is always close to my heart.
