EMS Service Management is very poor, personal growth is very minimal which takes much time to suffer in field & stuck in same profile. Management don't want to grow their employees....

The senior developer there is so afraid of losing his job that he didn't help me in a single thing and I was for development and they just give work related to other things, at the end they gave me review that I wasn't able to perform instead they were not having enough time to help.e for the job description I came for, if someone coming for the developer role be aware of the senior developer he will just show you his attitude and when you will be about to leave the company as you not see the future he will just spend time with you giving some "Gyan", lala culture, if you know the politics this company is for you, otherwise they will just eat you up making you feel you are good for nothing.
