Learning is good as fresher but they are not ready to upgrade their technology using old technologies like as 2012 softwares using. They are not using any latest technology not having even projects, only one projects is insurance, since they have start. Management is also poor they are not having experience how to run IT. They have closed IT now all staff is layoffs and also bankrupt.

Dislikes

No salary in time. always late 4-5 months,Don't join this company there is bond,no new learning,work culture is also pathetic,no professional growth as well as no learning.Office politics is more. Developers are helpless because of management and boss interference is more even in little things in codes, there is no seniors to help.only fresher we have need to do work tirelessly.only one DBA is there and only fresher no tester,no technology,no team,rude behaviour of boss.

Likes

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is gaming for chilling .

Dislikes

salary not get on the till date it is very late.There is a bond of 1.5 year before which you cannot resign.
