Hope Foundation works with SAP and the SAP (The worst client of Hope Foundation) company controlling its staff is one of the bad things that I felt while working with Hope Foundation. If Hope Foundation handles their staff themselves then the number 1 company in the world will be with all qualities.

I don't like the job security they are giving. Because hope Foundation signed 1 year contract period with us but in the middle they left us and they are not complete contract period also , break rules, trust n also 1year contract its soo unnecessary and unfair for all employees.

Their pay is higher than the market. Lot of money. That's why people keep going even after so much of criticism. Because we all want to try to adjust and fit and try for ourselves. If you even get half the salary in another organization, remember that it's lesser but at least it will stay and even increase in a good company overtime.

They don't really need work from you. They need to show that although they are trying so hard to counsel children, the counselor is not upto the mark. And thus the children stay dysfunctional for a longer time which would mean more funds. So they will not keep you if you work hard. They will not keep you if you involve in politics with them. Because they will need to blame someone and it's you. So they will not keep you anyway. Join them when you have nothing to do. Because no matter what you do they will not keep you. Because they don't keep the position for work, they keep it for politics. They deduct money for late and have no grace time. So you need to reach before office time. They keep you for long hours after office. You just go home to sleep. No work-life balance. They don't give any leave for continuous 6 months. So, if you fall sick they will deduct money. There is a facility to work in holidays if you become absent in the week but they will not let you. Because they want to deduct money. They try to deduct a lot of PF and other things. They try to give you as less money as possible because they won't keep you for long. And the big amount is like a bait to attract employees. Very bad HR policies. No perks at all. Rather deductions from what you get as salary. They have all the policies to make you sick. There are more. But I think mentioning these few were enough.
