What should I write. Such a terrible experience in hoonartek. Bad and huge politics at all. No cooperation. Poor management. If you want to waste your time and skills, surely join this company.

Colleagues and few managers are good.

Dislikes

HR management is not good , leadership team is not good , projects are not long term. Promotions and hikes are not good (sometimes not done as well). Job security is not there. Have to sign bond if you are a fresher. Cafeteria is there but without food. AC are not put on until 10am. Lot more. Not good experience.

It used to be a wonderful company but since when the ceo and management changed, hoonartek is not a good place to work . And no job security.the already existing projects went away and spending money on us travels but no output for past 2 years. No hikes also.

Management will treat you like a slave, scolding you, abusing you, making you work on weekends. After I put my paper, my real test began, HR called me, and she said that instead of 3 months(Notice Period) , we will be relieving you in two weeks. I did not have the offer as i put the paper first and then started looking for job, because no company wants to hire a guy who has 3 month notice. Then she started troubling me saying that you have to come to bangalore, I said at the time of joining I was promised WFH. She said no if you are not willing to come, we will terminate you by second week. I said that will be legal issue, She said She is ready for it. You can file a case against company. My manager started scolding me more in front of everyone, talking like tapori. He even started giving me work on weekend, that I want this to be completed by this week, even if you have to work on the weekend. He told me to schedule a meeting on Sunday at 4 PM and show the demo of the project that I am working on. In other words, Join this company only if you have no other option, else join other company even if they pay you less.

This is my first Company . Things I liked : I was provided an abroad on-site opportunity for my first project. While returning to India we missed our flight two girls.The senior staffs immediately provided enough support and booked The next flight for us . I am thankful to the organization for this throughout my life.

Dislikes

I would say that after there some gap in project assigned after getting Released from one project which makes us forget the learnings from our previous project as we are not using the technology any more until we are assigned next project.
