What should I write. Such a terrible experience in hoonartek. Bad and huge politics at all. No cooperation. Poor management. If you want to waste your time and skills, surely join this company.

The company’s leave policy is extremely rigid and unfavorable to employees. During the notice period, all leaves are considered as loss of pay, which adds unnecessary pressure. Additionally, the company withholds salaries for the last two months, creating financial uncertainty for departing employees. These policies make the exit process unnecessarily stressful and should be reconsidered for a better employee experience.

Hoonartek is a solid company to work for, with great opportunities for skill development. Growth and promotions depend upon the projects you're assigned to, but overall, hikes and career advancement are decent. The company culture is supportive, and higher managment along with senior colleagues are always ready to help and guide you. Its a good place to grow professionally in a positive environment.

Dislikes

One downside of Hoonartek is the lack of updates from management when you're on the bench. Projects are often short-term making it hard to specialize in a technology. Additionally, you maybe assigned projects that don't allign with your skills or experience.

Nothing - Very Poor management - No job security -No increment - Managers are clueless and never visit the client site, leaving employees without guidance or support. -

The company offers no job security, no increments, and no promotions. Employees are deployed to the client side and are largely ignored, with little to no communication or support.

Colleagues and few managers are good.

Dislikes

HR management is not good , leadership team is not good , projects are not long term. Promotions and hikes are not good (sometimes not done as well). Job security is not there. Have to sign bond if you are a fresher. Cafeteria is there but without food. AC are not put on until 10am. Lot more. Not good experience.
