they do not pay well even deduct salary for festival and occassion . employee has to pay contribution in office party. No celebration for birthdays . always delayed salary . Terrible environment and mind pressure

Very supportive and neature of the company is very good me sale ki profile k leya hire hua tha traning we well goodhai and very one support me ek time aaise aaiye tha me apne target pure nhi kr pa ra tha but mere team ne mere support keya tha even director ne bhi mere bauth support keya tha thoda datha bhi but us dath me kahi na kahi support of motivation hota hai and every day kuch new sikhne k leya milte hai this is like a family thanku team hoogmatic

Datha hai kabhi kabhi but me usko dislike nhi smajtha hu usne kahi nakahi kuch motivation hota hai taki me work acha kro or hai company se salery +apne incentive lu

This is the pathatic place to work as the owner CA Ashish Arora and Himanshu Joshi have created this organisation to eat up employees salaries after utilising their hardwork and then hold thee salaries for month and when employees ask for money again and again then they are just removed from the company with any reason with no head and leg. It's the legacy from last 2-3 years they are carrying with them. If anybody want to feel the level of immorality and unprofessionalism, then he/she can join them.
