Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? It is the company of passion, learning, growth and stability. As long as your are committed your wi be on top of appreciation by each of the leadership management team. I have not seen company with such a wonderful culture like in HONOR. FULL SUPPORT FORM MANAGEMENT , HR & OTHER MATES WHETHER IN OFFICE OR WFH, EVERY INE IS THERE TO SUPPORT YOU. I have gained a broad set of skills and expertise from leadership team here. And would love to work always There are lot many good things here which I can not describe in words.

Nothing to dislike in HONOR. SORRY FOR THAT But as precautionary be careful from few of the psyco who play politics to showcase themselves as superior than others and tries to defame you like in any other organisation 😀.
