1. Toxic Leadership: The team leader (in my case) was often unprofessional—mood swings, favoritism, and taking things personally were common. Constructive criticism wasn’t welcome, and emotional outbursts made the work environment tense. Not to mention she would scream at you, in front of everyone, about your fault. She would be checking your personal chat in Dingtalk. 2. Unfair Probation Termination: I was terminated within my first month during probation without proper feedback or prior warnings. The reasons given were vague and unsupported by clear evidence. The team leader badmouthed me to our supervisor in China. It felt more like a personal vendetta than a professional decision. 3. Poor Team Culture: The overall atmosphere was not welcoming. Some colleagues were dismissive and didn’t reciprocate greetings or small talk, which made it hard to feel like part of the team. 4. Lack of Professionalism: Instead of addressing issues transparently, the management would compare employees to others (e.g., showing other people’s performance during meetings), which was demotivating and unproductive. Dyni Melani Supastri, honestly, I’m baffled by how you handled this situation. You told me to boost my performance within three days, but then you cut me off on Friday without any real discussion. So, was that whole 'boost up' thing just a formality? It feels like your decision was made long before I even had a chance to improve. I get it, maybe I wasn’t perfect, but if you don’t give clear feedback or provide concrete evidence of my mistakes, how was I supposed to know what to fix? And honestly, from my perspective, it’s not just me who needs to reflect here. Your leadership style—being emotional, impatient, and showing favoritism—isn’t exactly inspiring. It’s no surprise the team atmosphere feels toxic, and people struggle to respect you. But hey, maybe I’m just not 'a fit' for this so-called culture you mentioned. Good luck with your leadership approach—I hope it works out for you While the company offers exposure to global platforms, the toxic leadership and lack of a supportive team culture overshadowed the positives. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value a healthy work environment and fair treatment during your probation. If you’re considering YintaTech, my advice is to tread carefully and be prepared for a potentially challenging environment.
