Work life balance is poor. Compensation is no where near to current market standards. Even though it is an MNC, the management makes it totally indian, which is to say simply, a lot of politics goes on, and you don't get rewarded on the basis of your merit.

Work life balance, too much of work, late night meetings. UOP is not the company which used to be in past. After Honeywell takeover lot of facilities, policies changed and that leads to frustration in employee. No clear vision in Delhi and US management for rapidly changing competitive market.

Work life balance is bad, poor compensation compared to amount of work, growth opportunity is bad, compensation parity is poor, job security does not exist, very high workload, politics, low on ethics, talent & effort recognition is poor.

Management are not at all supporting in the current pandemic scenario. Lay offs, furlough, promotions and bonus cut are currently been implemented. Company almost wiped out 30-35 % task force and will continue further RIF (reduction in force) if situation doesn't improve in coming days.

Dislikes

The way company is functioning currently is hard to understand & believe. People are asked to leave the company within a week.
