No promotion /recognition for good work 4. No Appraisal 5. No direct interaction between employee and manager or engineering manager 6. Biased for community ( faced in Bangalore)

Brand Name and On Time Salary. Good For Privileged People. Ok for freshers to start careers with.

Dislikes

Toxic and Beaurocratic Work Environment. Your ideas, innovations, hard work is sabotaged by management. Technical and Experienced people are not respected. No job security. No Promotions and poor appraisals. People join with High Expectations given the brand reputation but get disappointed with the way they are treated. Feedback or even humble requests are used to destroy the careers if resources. Women Leaders of this company target fellow women and some very good resources. Year by Year it got worse only.

No one is accountable for any things. Higher management not taking any action till last moment after multiple accelation . There is lot of politics.

Its a completely Management driven organisation, HR has absolutely NO say in any decisions. Job security is terrible, employees are asked to leave in a 2 week's notice and top leadership is absolutely not approachable.
