...y of people have been in the same Senior analyst position for the past 10 years. Except for salary, no additional benefit here. Not giving internet reimbursement also. Lots of cost-cutting started.

1) Work exposure is great. Lots to learn. 2) Few leaders in GFC are very good to work with.

Dislikes

1) Benefits are close to nil. 2) Pay is way below market standards. 3) Exit clearance is extremely slow. They take months to provide full and final settlement.

Work life balance is good Will get recognized by leads and managers well. Preference will be given for innovations and new ideas which helps employees to learn new things

Dislikes

Promotions and salary will be less. It depends on project not overall honeywell.

Brand Name and On Time Salary. Good For Privileged People. Ok for freshers to start careers with.

Dislikes

Toxic and Beaurocratic Work Environment. Your ideas, innovations, hard work is sabotaged by management. Technical and Experienced people are not respected. No job security. No Promotions and poor appraisals. People join with High Expectations given the brand reputation but get disappointed with the way they are treated. Feedback or even humble requests are used to destroy the careers if resources. Women Leaders of this company target fellow women and some very good resources. Year by Year it got worse only.

- Latest Technology stack - Appraisal in timely manner. - No variable pay in CTC.

Dislikes

- Don't expect any Team culture, no one will help works as individual contributor role. - Worst work culture, people are frustrated due to unplanned work executions. - Company is known as Escalation company by senior team members. - Senior Management is very biased and hardly understand anything.
