Brand Name and On Time Salary. Good For Privileged People. Ok for freshers to start careers with.

Toxic and Beaurocratic Work Environment. Your ideas, innovations, hard work is sabotaged by management. Technical and Experienced people are not respected. No job security. No Promotions and poor appraisals. People join with High Expectations given the brand reputation but get disappointed with the way they are treated. Feedback or even humble requests are used to destroy the careers if resources. Women Leaders of this company target fellow women and some very good resources. Year by Year it got worse only.

The company is open to ideas , innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of the wonderful team and each and everyone in the team helps to achieve the targets.

I am apart of Data & Analytics team by which there were lot of learning on bigdata technologies. Had the full freedom for telling our ideas and for execution. The work environment was very good and collaborative.

Sometimes,there is work pressure and there are calls at nighy.Other than the salary,no other perks are provided

Honeywell is Pay Master. Both sides offer free transport for people to log out post-9 pm onwards.

...y of people have been in the same Senior analyst position for the past 10 years. Except for salary, no additional benefit here. Not giving internet reimbursement also. Lots of cost-cutting started.
