Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...l benifits are all fake.. insurance are all delayed and something not even paid. They ask you to refer and the they don't pay the refferal bonuses. All fake promises and none delivered.

They just don't want to pay. Expected to work for long hours, but not compensated equally if compared to market standards. Promotions hardly happen. There is no work from anywhere option. We don't have flexibility to work from nearest Honeywell office.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture. Everyone is expected overwork and minimal guidance on coaching and learning. You are thrown in the middle of ocean and expected to swim and reach shore as a champion. Not recommended if you are looking for a job with purpose. Yes if its job for money and zero satisfaction.
