...end product to Delhi * No local service support & marketing material support * Last but not least all can be taken aside but only one person Atul Nainwal the worst can be as he hires only for 6months tenure and make laid off without salary & TA for the present month

It's and excellent company to retire, however you cannot fulfill this ambition as your growth takes a serious hit. Your passion and love for the company would be seen as your failure to get a new job amongst your colleagues.

Good work environment, policies & culture. Great place to work, compensation is fair as per market comparison and good work life balance.

Dislikes

Lack of management transparency at initial time of joining due to very complex hierarchy structure, learning & skill development is restricted to an extent and career growth is very slow. IJP opportunities and policies are good but not followed on time and driven internally.

Good work environment. Huge cafeteria. Teammates were supportive

Dislikes

There were issues which does not address. There were no link between appraisal and salary hike. Can't rely on job security, you can ask one day to leave without looking at the back ground of the employee

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are not much. Overall its good to work with Honeywell.

Dislikes

No support during Covid Pandemic, salary deductions and no appraisal. Also, females are given a lot of leverage than men.
