Honeywell is a good company to work with. It is open to innovation and tries to adapt with the latest technologies.Has a wide variety of product line and also is into varied business. Company took a proactive step in COVID-19 lockdown by letting the employees do work from home and providing adequate support to them in terms of safety by issuing masks N-95. Has safe and secure working environment for people.

Dislikes

- Not much opportunities of growth available - Low pay master -Initially was termed to be an employee centric company but now does not provide much monetary benefits for its employees.

...l benifits are all fake.. insurance are all delayed and something not even paid. They ask you to refer and the they don't pay the refferal bonuses. All fake promises and none delivered.

...end product to Delhi * No local service support & marketing material support * Last but not least all can be taken aside but only one person Atul Nainwal the worst can be as he hires only for 6months tenure and make laid off without salary & TA for the present month

I like the company culture and how it aligns with the market mega trends quickly. There are you lots of verticals available.

Dislikes

They just don't want to pay. Expected to work for long hours, but not compensated equally if compared to market standards. Promotions hardly happen. There is no work from anywhere option. We don't have flexibility to work from nearest Honeywell office.

Likes

It's and excellent company to retire, however you cannot fulfill this ambition as your growth takes a serious hit. Your passion and love for the company would be seen as your failure to get a new job amongst your colleagues.
