I like the company culture and how it aligns with the market mega trends quickly. There are you lots of verticals available.

Dislikes

They just don't want to pay. Expected to work for long hours, but not compensated equally if compared to market standards. Promotions hardly happen. There is no work from anywhere option. We don't have flexibility to work from nearest Honeywell office.

High salary package and benefits of anNC,American Company.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture. Everyone is expected overwork and minimal guidance on coaching and learning. You are thrown in the middle of ocean and expected to swim and reach shore as a champion. Not recommended if you are looking for a job with purpose. Yes if its job for money and zero satisfaction.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
