Nice to work with Honeywell but I am on consultancy pay roll so not getting much benefit in salary and facilities.

The promotion and employee development program look pleasing on paper. HR and Upper management sleep through the employee progress plan. Engineers are expected to bring Business, hand it over to the account managers, and request the promotion and appraisal. career growth is slow.

IB automation management experience is very bad . Employee of the year award received at 2018 and 2021 but to till date award certificate not received from company management and respective person

Every month Salary problem means not a fixed date some time salary received 17 or 22 date of month Another is PPE problem mean shoes take form self payment and this amount not received in next 4 to 5 month

Not supported Honeywell team , policies are very bad, salary is not better & no hike ,no bonus every year.

There is lot of politics and salary not best , I have work last 3 years but not increment of salary,
