Nice to work with Honeywell but I am on consultancy pay roll so not getting much benefit in salary and facilities.

Dislikes

Onsite Opportunity for earning bucks over your salary. good for a short-term goal 2-3 years.

Dislikes

The promotion and employee development program look pleasing on paper. HR and Upper management sleep through the employee progress plan. Engineers are expected to bring Business, hand it over to the account managers, and request the promotion and appraisal. career growth is slow.

Good work environment abd cultyre.Teammates are supportive and the mangement is transparent.There us ahedge cafeteria and gaming arcadwfor chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot ofpolitica and rhe mangament dosenot address our issues. Salary is decent but carrer griwrh is slowthe jpb training is not not given to nem joinees
