Company Environment is good....and my coleagues come from various culture backgorunds and they are friendly in nature ....

Dislikes

Compensation and growth both are slow. The work pressure is average but some time work pressure is very high sometimes i have to work after the office hours. Managers do not appreciate for any work, unique strength. There is no opportunities for growth and learning ..... all day same work i have do there is no new work for learning there......

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
