Employee benefits and accomodation not provided as mentioned on joining date Manager support and work satisfcation is not there. on joining day as told GET Position will change after 6 months but no response is there from Hr dept. and site managers as of now who are GETs are working over there provide benefits and accomadation benefits atleast

One of the worst company to work for, HR runs the company. Even the management are helpless without him. No job security and no work culture. They will throw you without any severance or experience letter.

It's not a proper company to like anything about. They lie to their employees and to their customers.

owners dont care for people who slog and least bothered about employees

Dislikes

no fair view of the employees, they dont pay incentives on time or just avoid paying, they dont even pay gratuity to some of the employees who left honer after working for years

I would like this company am pretty comfortable with the work and staff around me.. i can feel that work life balance here I would love working here but still to grow in a career personally I must still change the work role.
