Biggest problem in the industry that has happened is the HR and Admin heads are always making worst rules and not helping out there employees, acting as goons in the company which you can see everywhere. 1 Management is forcing people to work overtime frequently 2 No work life balace 3 Longer work hours and unrealistic deadlines will make your health worse here. 4 project management is very poor. 5 no proper reporting manager, as everyone will tell you what to do. You end up doing nothing.
