There are lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

You work any post but the salary are same for all employees like office boy and manager. I have done my bachelor's of Engineering in stream of Mechanical engineering and the work in senior supervisor post but the salary not increment in last 2 year

...y is really good for freshers because they have supportive nature to each other. there is a best environment for work properly, appraisals are fair for all, they give good salary, gifts & bonus per year, if you have an any idea to grow with company then company give their support to implement your thoughts.

all are really good bt i see some critical situation like lunch time, you have only 30 minutes to do lunch, in this 30 minutes you have to go cafeteria, wash your hand and then you should to take your lunch by buffet system and you should to go back to your working station.
