1 . Salary structure is needs to be revised as market trade is high compared to HMSI. 2 . Politics is high and no career growth opportunity for new comers. 3 . HR faculty is very disappointing . Says something and does another thing. Very slow working. 4 . Number system is depends on buttering . No matter how much your involved and completing the work. Seniors doesn't appreciate your work , only buttering matters. 5 . Company's culture is getting adverse timely.

...s also transparent. There is a huge cafeteria also & gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are also fair & they give us good salary hike & bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a more work pressure & management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. On the job training, is not given to new joinees.

I hate to work in honda company(shimali honda in thiruvaiyaru) I even get my salary and incentive properly. It's a worst experience

I have been worked for 3 months because of my financial problem but they not even give me a salary and incentive properly 😒 it's a worst experience in honda company. They did this for each and every person those who worked there. If it's possible take action over that branch(shimali honda nadukadai Thiruvaiyaru thanjavur district)

...ngs we learn lot of knowledge and trying to management in get higher position. About my salary, I was in honda I'm getting low salary.evary management have a some person who creates dirty mind game politics to low down our status,I was not bother about that ,i' done my duty..overal good experience.. Work environment is good ..all collogues nature is excellent becoz they are said all are equal..I really appreciate those people in my life.. Work life is going on a good stage so far..becoz I'm a hard worker..

Honda motorcycle and scooters India Pvt.. dealers of managements are different mind setts go with sales executives .like, not give opportunities, not increasing salaries, vest of lules and regulations applying ,dirty politics these things are more hurt me...

yes here is also many dislike things companies area managrs behaviour ,talking of way is untolrable .here is more and more paper work which is decrising the level of satisfaction of customer.
