only thing i dislike about this company is that there is some politics prevailing inside managment...otherwise all ok.

Best environment and working like Japanese means follow 5S strictly thats so good, anyone can grow his skills and salary by working in HLI. Foods facility is extraordinary.

Dislikes

I want HLI needs give more facilities to their driver and labor also means accommodation facility.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is trasparent.company policies are good,job secure is not good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joinees.
