Notice period is 90 day ...If you not complete your noticed you have to pay...So before Join think twice ....All benefits are taken by top mgm and down to team nothing... Company say this is Honda part but this not right.. Most of People Join this company by its name ...But don't go it's a game that this company playing with the employee

Job security is good. Earlier experience was very good but now a days what we are facing so many problems will destroyed out earlier good memories..

Dislikes

Our company had a great history but from past 2years we are facing too many problems regarding the salary increment bonus😅 over stay amount etc. Our head office in North india only we unable to explain our problems to out management.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
