...ork life balance there is 5 day working & there is flexi timing of 1 Hour daily. Salary is on or before time . Company focus is to enhance the knowledge of the Employees by arranging behavior & technical training . Over all a good organization to work .

Japanese management has no control. Favouritism is rampant. Company run by Finance & HR head, as per their personal wish. HR head only takes & promotes beautiful female in HR. Finance head has no common sense of finance. Branch managers in marketing makes false hotel bills. Branch managers and branch commercial officer makes false local conveyance Bill. Branch managers will not allow visit to dealers. No one to one appraisal discussion takes place. It's decided as per relationship. If your relationship is not good, you will be stagnant. Decision making is very slow
