Japanese management has no control. Favouritism is rampant. Company run by Finance & HR head, as per their personal wish. HR head only takes & promotes beautiful female in HR. Finance head has no common sense of finance. Branch managers in marketing makes false hotel bills. Branch managers and branch commercial officer makes false local conveyance Bill. Branch managers will not allow visit to dealers. No one to one appraisal discussion takes place. It's decided as per relationship. If your relationship is not good, you will be stagnant. Decision making is very slow

It's a good MNC company. Job is secured. Providing good compensation & benefits.

Having some internal politics that sometimes affect work. Work life balance is poor due to extra burden on working people.

Working Experience is good,no job Security's and lots of Self dependeble Working,their is no Supporters in company for freshers,work life balance is very bad,and to much travelling in a Month, very bad Experience in this Company,

No Salary Increase in two Years. , and to much Chaina product Sold by Retailer &Dealer in all over area , No compromise about Services & Spare in all products Customer are Not satisfied about Services by Company. In Vidarbha area. Very bad Communication in all company's employees with customer for work

It's been 13 years, feeling of proud to be a part of Honda ( The Global Brand). Working culture and system is too good. Management takes care of working associates and staff . Efforts really matters for the company.
