Japanese management has no control. Favouritism is rampant. Company run by Finance & HR head, as per their personal wish. HR head only takes & promotes beautiful female in HR. Finance head has no common sense of finance. Branch managers in marketing makes false hotel bills. Branch managers and branch commercial officer makes false local conveyance Bill. Branch managers will not allow visit to dealers. No one to one appraisal discussion takes place. It's decided as per relationship. If your relationship is not good, you will be stagnant. Decision making is very slow

...ork life balance there is 5 day working & there is flexi timing of 1 Hour daily. Salary is on or before time . Company focus is to enhance the knowledge of the Employees by arranging behavior & technical training . Over all a good organization to work .

Dislikes

As like every organization some times the appraisal are dependent on one person & it depends how your relations are with that person. Thus your appraisal is affected in good or bad way.

Working Experience is good,no job Security's and lots of Self dependeble Working,their is no Supporters in company for freshers,work life balance is very bad,and to much travelling in a Month, very bad Experience in this Company,

No Salary Increase in two Years. , and to much Chaina product Sold by Retailer &Dealer in all over area , No compromise about Services & Spare in all products Customer are Not satisfied about Services by Company. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
