As an overall company it is really good. Timely dispensing of salary. Job security. 5day working Little trouble on weekends Chances of overseas travel.

Dislikes

Too much power distance between Management and Employees. Work Culture really depends upon your HOD/department, HR involvement is merely during Talent Acquisition and Exit interviews.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fir and they give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resting. On the job training is not given to new joinees

...ect.trave facility nice. There is no politics. Work environment was comfortable. Salary was satisfactory. Career growth was less,if you are not permanent worker. Overall experience was good.
