Good company to start off real estate career and as lot of learning is there. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Management should get involved while discuss course of action with senior managers or TL and understand their difficulties and try to take their corrective actions. Also management should try to take advice of their employees they are on ground level working hard for company.

The Environment and the people and stuff are really good and they respect each other and we have a great time working at office

Nothing much to dislike but the kind of work we are into needs our attention at most of the time and we cant be so casual so not like other job profile you get to enjoy or take off for two days and all

Management is super supportive especially Mr. Ajay who was my team leader and Mr. Ravi who was my sales head. Best channel partner firm if you want to kickstart your career in real estate. They guide with every step to understand the industry and they have really skilled leaders. Glad to be a part of such a nice company.
