... works on favoritism and politics. Management is the reason behind the downfall. Management is biased and asks for extra work go upto 12-16 hours with no pay extra, proper care of employee also not there. There is no life in this company they want machine and not humans. It is worst company to be a part of. Team leads do not do any works and shows that do all the works. No promotion no increment. They have meetings full day for no reasons, ask designers to fill useless forms. Too much pressure for work.

It's a great company with good Directors, you'r opinions will be valued but again everything is based on your manager.
