Overall it was really good however career growth and development of was wasn't so great. I got promoted very early which gave me exposure of legal actions and understanding of the e-commerce sectors.

High work pressure and HR were ready to deduct your salary. Even i didn't received my salary till after 3 months

...tight. After working in homeshop 18 my career and growth are in a good track... salary and appraisal are excellent.. even. They provide pick and drop facilities.. environment is excellent.work life balance well...

... were cooperative We used To exchange Our Weak off that was Quite Good facility. Salary Was Average but incentive were Good if you Do Hardwork. That time can facility were being provided to us Which Saves Our Time and Money.

...ssure everyday. Now it comes to listen that HS 18 And ShopClues Become partners. So I don't know that targets based But It is sure that the salary has been decreased compared to earlier. Earlier Hiring Process was too Difficult But Not Now. I can Suggest Those Job seeker's Who Haven't Any experience they can learn the environment of call centre here.

I was joined in 2013 that time company was awesome but in 2016 it was ok ok type good people well qualified but senior was typical illiterate. But in 2017 company is not for graduate people and crowd is like 10-12 passed or those weak in education. Now no cab no incentive no educated employee worst hr they exist for only firing and making fake stories to through the out employee.so not refer for job in Hs18. Its not like what it was in 2013-2016.

Now it’s for 12 passed people with less salary and continue calling non stop with fatals so that salary deduct

Amazing people,If you’re creative you can learn a lot with experimentations, but some set patterns are there which you have to follow which bounds your creativity. You can’t find a spark in that environment. For those Who want a secured job and can work like a robot . This is the best place to work
