Salary -- Accepted Offer
I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Can I reach out to HR for salary revision after accepting offer? I still have 3 weeks left for joining. *My interview went really well. But HR low balled just becuase of current salary

Just office interiors.

Dislikes

...ob security. Always threatens to fire you. No quality work. No sick/paid leaves. Have to beg for salary. Salary will happen after 7th of every month after begging for a week. No salary increment. Extremely toxic work environment. No personal growth. Architects work as draughtsman. Boss is not respecting at all. Rules change as per the mood of the boss.

A very very Toxic environment. Dear Architects please think 10 times before joining here. The boss is not an Architect. He doesn’t know we as an industry work. The boss doesnt as an Architect. There is no growth environment. And a lot of micro management. Big big no. Please don’t waste your time.

Everything. The boss is not at empathetic towards employees. The boss doesn’t know how to practice architecture in the real world. The projects are from some village areas
