I am giving a 1-star rating because everything is fake. When I joined, I saw positive reviews on Google and other sites, but these reviews are manipulated. If you don't believe me, check the Google reviews and compare them to LinkedIn profiles. Every employee or business partner is forced by the company's HR to give fake reviews. The HR, Priyanka, who is also the wife of the owner, Sudarshan, lies frequently. Some people give honest reviews, but these are deleted, and manipulated ones are posted instead. The company claims to be 8 years old, but there are only reviews from the past year, which is suspicious. The company culture is toxic, resembling a cow farm. I have experienced this toxic culture firsthand. There is no job security and no work-life balance.
