Salary is good. Perks are good. Have met really amazing people on this journey so far with Homelane. The idea of this company is excellent.

1. There is no work life balance. 2. We have a set of listed holidays but are forced to work on every single one of them. There are no festivals, no weekends, no life. 3. Work life culture, offices, management is very toxic. 4. Procedures are so lengthy, forget the client, designers get frustrated. Getting a house done for a client should not be this difficult. 5. Incentives are good but no special incentive reaches employees on time/ maybe never. 6. Leave structure is good but we cannot take 2 days of continuous leaves. 7. There is no learning curve, no growth. People less experienced are hired for management/ principal designer post and then are expected to be helped by employees working from far before and with more experience. Promotion is a scam.

Target oriented job. Company had hired initially stating that its a quarterly target. However, within one month they changed it to monthly target. They pay you well but pressurise a-lot to achieve targets and if you fail to do so even for a month they will put you in refresher program. Thus, there is no job security there. A lot of leave policies are there but when you actually want to take leave, managers will always give reason and cancel your leaves. No work life balance left. Mangers expect you to work even after your official working times are over.

Salary hike is slow and less, its a client facing position , thus needs to face the wrath of the customers daily. Sometimes working hours extends personal hours. Expecting calls from clients during holidays is a normal thing.

Products are good. Trainings are great.

... candidate has not even given the interview and she received the rejection mail. And another one who had 3 rounds of interviews was later verbally communicated that your salary breakup will be given to you soon and later he also received a rejection. All this is highly unprofessional and the experience working with Homelane as a designer has been highly disappointing. There is no job security. *ACCEPT THE OFFER WISELY*

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
