... culture very bad. Always forced by your manager to do work on your leave day's. Your manger will raised debite against you without your confirmation then your salary will deducted. After all out 5/5 performance they will realise that you are nothing , you didn't nothing . And i internal politics is very bad. They will never promote you after your good performance.very bad for designer ,sales, operations team . No leaves allowed even in festival or emergency .if you sales was not done properly then your leave will be cancelled and pressurise you for paper down.
Say no to sales and marketing team and other teams are somewhat good and Nothing good, to survive from on site toxic office environment, I chose this company even I got better offers than this company but those companies are on-site but here even remote job is being toxic, analyst are treated as a salv.es
...ously and this manager showed toxicity to him and pushed him out of the company.
You guys will be thinking of salary, work from home and all these things, I would like to tell you something first... wait for atleast 3 weeks from the offer which you get from here. Pls don't take bad decisions like me,I am realizing it now and it was hurting my mental health and my family mental health also I am extending my work hours to deliver reports DoD and even in weekends. 🙃, any which ways greedy and unstable men/women will make bad decisions, i was working in better company and in better position, because of daily traveling of 14+14kms made me take this bad decision. I burnt my fingers unknowingly, So it's upto you check. Cheers and all the very best.
1. There is no work life balance.
2. We have a set of listed holidays but are forced to work on every single one of them. There are no festivals, no weekends, no life.
3. Work life culture, offices, management is very toxic.
4. Procedures are so lengthy, forget the client, designers get frustrated. Getting a house done for a client should not be this difficult.
5. Incentives are good but no special incentive reaches employees on time/ maybe never.
6. Leave structure is good but we cannot take 2 days of continuous leaves.
7. There is no learning curve, no growth. People less experienced are hired for management/ principal designer post and then are expected to be helped by employees working from far before and with more experience. Promotion is a scam.
The main thing of the employee is salary which Homelane is maintaining excellent on the last day of the month salary will credit in your account. I have not seen these type of facility in any other modular company.
and one more best thing is that if any requirement is there then they will give preference for internal team then they will hire from out on of the good thing I see.
