GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

There is too much office politics in Kolkata. HR has no role after joining. The company lays off employees whenever they wants. During layoffs, you can't talk to anyone except your manager and do anything. You may not know why you were laid off from the company.

One of the most worst company I had ever seen . After You geting good reviews and Handover on time no project escalation You will never know when you will be laid off they will do just before 1 month of Increment . Only politics no senior will don't know the ground realities what going on . They only push for review. I begged them give me 2 month time to search job but they told us all of sudden leave by today EOD submitting your assets. And forced to put resignation . If you are single earning bread and butter of your home I will suggest don't go you will never know what will happen next.

Too much politics. They won't even support newbies. All the managers like installation managers designe managers even delivery manager don't even treat you like their own. I worked for 1 year. I worked hard. I was travelling arround 90+ km every day but they fired me when I was about to complete 1 year. Because they have to give increment. Actually that day is today. I joined on Feb 2024. Today fired me without any reason. Actually I'm giving this review with their official Gmail I'd. Fu*k this company. Please don't join this company. They will treat you like slave.

Pathetic work life balance, festival month becomes disaster as you have to work constantly for the whole month with only 2-3 week offs. Also, irrelevant pressure is constantly made on employees. If you have no personal life then you can think about working here. All you are expected to work like a donkey day and night to meet your targets, there is nothing to new to learn that will bring boost to your career. Rather than wasting your time, look for some better job that will support your financial and career growth for long term.
