The main thing of the employee is salary which Homelane is maintaining excellent on the last day of the month salary will credit in your account. I have not seen these type of facility in any other modular company. and one more best thing is that if any requirement is there then they will give preference for internal team then they will hire from out on of the good thing I see.

Due to any reason after 3 month one fear is coming to mind for layoff that month we cant focus on the work properly

It helps in overall personality growth , develops skills related to communications to clients, internal team members , handle large teams on and off site . Enhances site skills sets

Salary hike is slow and less, its a client facing position , thus needs to face the wrath of the customers daily. Sometimes working hours extends personal hours. Expecting calls from clients during holidays is a normal thing.

Workload, heavy politics, debits on employees salary if any mistakes in designs, square partner will never listen to HL project manger, all head people are bossy in nature.

...support from any of the other stake holders, Everything is you and you only.. Project managers are responsible for everyone's mistakes, every time you have to pay from your pocket,if you raise petty cash request then the finance team will reject the bills, no boday cares for the employee. The worst company I had ever been. Every day is hell here for project manager. Please don't choose homelane project manager position.. its very very bad... You will start taking calls from evry carpenter, electrician, nd so many other vendors by 7-30am and you have to run all day to one site to another nd company doesn't care how much u r travelling each day, nd you have to update everything nd request everyone to send the team for next day, so the day ends at 10pm... Every day is having colourful problems.. nd you hav to deal with each and every issue...

Pathetic work life balance, festival month becomes disaster as you have to work constantly for the whole month with only 2-3 week offs. Also, irrelevant pressure is constantly made on employees. If you have no personal life then you can think about working here. All you are expected to work like a donkey day and night to meet your targets, there is nothing to new to learn that will bring boost to your career. Rather than wasting your time, look for some better job that will support your financial and career growth for long term.
