Salary is on time and this is the only good thing about this organization.

A Sales person's real earning is incentives. After working hard throughout the day, week, month, quarter and year you just have to wait and there's no end. Once you leave the organization, they dint even reply to your email, calls.

Work Environment and Culture is toxic. Teammates and Management are not supportive. There's no transparency in Management. Company policies are vague and there'd biased approach towards hiring. They are biased towards locals and do not hire Muslims. HR is pathetic and not employee friendly. Extreme level favoritism for Local Employees. No job security and pay and appraisal methods are a joke. They do not respect their employees.

Office politics and biased towards Maharashtrians. Neither is salary decent nor a scope for growth. They can hire and fire anytime they want. Lack of support from Management and HR.

There is absolutely no job security. You can be hired & fired, at will. Every Monday, you will find 'induction sessions' at the head office; such is the attrition rate. People prefer to abscond rather than deal with the toxic work culture. This is probably the first organisation that gives PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) for any frivolous reasons. It's pretty common to get PIPs within 1-3 months of joining. There is no scope of innovation & out-of-the-box thinking. The management is always takes the final call. The probation period is 3 months. Even after confirmation; you can be terminated on the spot (or forced to resign). If you even try to 'contradict' the management; your days are outnumbered here. All lackeys/yes-men/chatukaars have been given Employee or Performer of the month (EOM/POM) awards, so there is no scope of meritocracy. The coffee machine has insects. Avoid it at all costs. Cleanliness & hygiene is a problem here. If you're an introvert; you are doomed! The management forces you to participate in all activities. Otherwise, you will be blamed for 'spoiling' our 'great office culture' Unwritten rule: Before festivities and annual day, some teams must wait till midnight to complete the tasks. Despite having so-called monthly parties, there is less interdepartmental coordination. You are all for yourself. Every inch of the office, including branches, are covered by CCTV & the management checks them all the time from their cabin. So much for trust, privacy, and security! The older employees always try to put the newer ones 'under the bus' in front of the management as they are scared for their job. Hence, they suck up to them. Work timings are strict: If you are consistently late, half-day deduction. Zero flexibility Finally, promotion ka ninja technique: Just create some cringe reels and tag the Founder & CBO. Your job is secured!
